Full Time Office and Bookkeeping Clerk for Auto Parts Store

DESCRIPTION
Office clerk, Full time M-F. Looking for intelligent, efficient office clerk. Bookkeeping knowledge of AR & AP, Quick books, Excel and MS Word a plus. Must have good phone skills. Pay-$11 – $14 per/hour depending on experience

Job Requirements:
Intelligent / logical (accounting / bookkeeping minded)

Willing/able to learn all phases of high volume office.

Pleasant / personable / discreet with good phone communication skills.

Bookkeeping experience a plus (AR, AP, GL, Payroll)

Excel / MS Word & business email proficiency a plus.

Neat / organized.

Basic computer skills required (Copy, paste, typing, creating, saving files, etc),

Understands urgency in giving high priority tasks attention (flexible and can reprioritize)

Is not a slow worker, is on time, reliable and doesn’t take a lot of time off.

Is looking for a lasting future with a growing company.

Hours: Full Time – Monday thru Friday. 9am-5pm may be flexible of 8am-4pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm

Background Check – we do Driver’s License and Criminal background check on all employees before hire.
