Over half of mobile searchers have discovered a new product or service while searching on their mobile device, and these users tend to have great intent to close the deal, too. Mobile searches for something nearby result in the person visiting a store within 24 hours 76% of the time, according to Google research. More and more people are coming online worldwide, as well. The World Advertising Research Center told CNBC it expects that over 72% of internet users worldwide will access the web exclusively via their mobile devices by 2025.
